Everybody loves Bangs.

So Yan went to cut her hair at Chapter 2 last week, which was highly recommended by her dear "Best Friend", LY. The price was quite reasonable and their service was kind of good too. Not a bad salon for considerations if you plan to do your hair. By the way, its the outlet at Marina.
